Delivery

Every CHANLO piece is individually made to order rather than held as finished stock. This allows the selected metal, stone and size to be prepared for the individual order and keeps production focused on pieces that will be worn.

Production is estimated to take approximately 4–6 weeks before dispatch. As every piece is made specifically for its owner, timings may vary slightly depending on production scheduling, craftsmanship and quality assurance. If an unexpected delay occurs, Client Care will keep you informed.

We will keep you informed as your order moves through the stages relevant to your piece: order received, order confirmed, production scheduled, craftsmanship in progress, quality control completed, UK hallmarking completed where applicable, preparing for dispatch, dispatched with tracking and delivered.

If you request a complimentary CHANLO Ring Sizer, production begins only after your confirmed size is received. The 4–6 week production estimate therefore starts after confirmation, extending the overall time from order to dispatch.

Orders are sent using a fully insured delivery service. Tracking is provided after dispatch and a signature is required when the parcel arrives.

Please provide an address where the parcel can be signed for and check the details carefully before placing an order. Contact CHANLO promptly if anything needs to be corrected.

Online purchasing is available for delivery within the United Kingdom. International delivery may be available upon request; please contact Client Care before placing your order so feasibility, timing and cost can be confirmed.

If a piece is needed for a particular occasion, contact CHANLO before ordering. We will confirm whether the requested timing appears feasible, but we do not promise a fixed delivery date for made-to-order work.
