Why Made to Order

CHANLO does not hold the launch collection as finished inventory. Production begins after the client selects the relevant metal, stone size and, for rings, size information.

The confirmed order gives production a clear specification. This supports checking the selected configuration and documentation against the finished piece before dispatch.

Producing only after an order is placed reduces the need to hold unsold finished jewellery. CHANLO describes this as a production choice, not as an unverified environmental claim.

Estimated dispatch: 4–6 weeks. This is an estimate rather than a fixed delivery date. Timing may vary slightly with production scheduling, craftsmanship and quality assurance. Where a CHANLO Ring Sizer is requested, production begins after the ring size is confirmed.

If a piece is required for a particular occasion, contact Client Care before ordering. CHANLO will consider feasibility personally but will not promise a fixed date before the production route is confirmed.
