Every CHANLO piece is individually made to order. Delivery is normally expected within 4–6 weeks from Order Acceptance. This end-to-end estimate covers sourcing, manufacture, finishing, quality control and delivery.

Complimentary online delivery is available to United Kingdom addresses. CHANLO remains responsible for the order until it enters your physical possession, or that of a person you identify to receive it.

We will contact you about a material delay and provide dispatch information where available.

A Permanent Collection piece selected from CHANLO’s standard options retains applicable distance-selling cancellation rights even though it is made to order. Genuinely bespoke or clearly personalised work may be treated differently. Contact Client Care before sending jewellery back.
