The design

Form, proportion, wear.

The Signature Ring began as a study of proportion: a ribbed band, an elevated diamond and a setting reduced to four claws. CAD development and manufacturing review refined how those elements meet. Each ring is made to the selected metal, diamond size and fit.

Specifications

  • Diamond size: 0.50 ct, 0.75 ct or 1.00 ct
  • Metal: solid 14k or 18k yellow, white or rose gold, or platinum
  • UK ring size: A–Z
  • Approximate dimensions: the current CAD reference shows a band profile approximately 3.4 mm wide and 1.7 mm deep at the base
  • Approximate total weight varies with the selected diamond, metal and ring size
  • Finished dimensions and weight may vary slightly with the selected configuration and normal manufacturing tolerances

Diamond information

A lab-grown diamond is sourced for each order to the selected carat size. Any independent laboratory report supplied with a selected configuration is identified in the product specification and order acceptance. Larger or natural diamonds, coloured gemstones, birthstones and anniversary stones can be discussed through Bespoke.

Made to order & delivery

Every CHANLO piece is individually made to order. Delivery is normally expected within 4–6 weeks from Order Acceptance. This end-to-end estimate covers sourcing, manufacture, finishing, quality control and delivery.

If you request a CHANLO Ring Sizer, we will ask you to confirm the size in writing before accepting the completed specification. The 4–6 week estimate begins with Order Acceptance.

Complimentary online delivery is available to United Kingdom addresses. CHANLO remains responsible for the order until it enters your physical possession, or that of a person you identify to receive it.

We will contact you about a material delay and provide dispatch information where available.

A Permanent Collection piece selected from CHANLO’s standard options retains applicable distance-selling cancellation rights even though it is made to order. Genuinely bespoke or clearly personalised work may be treated differently. Contact Client Care before sending jewellery back.

Repairs, maintenance and work outside a manufacturing issue may be available following assessment and quotation.

Ring resizing may be available after purchase depending on the design and adjustment required. It is assessed case by case and may be subject to a service charge.
